1. WHEN YOU ORDER
When you order at WILMA & MORRIS on-line shop, the agreement applies between you and:

To order at Wilma & Morris on-line shop, you must be at least 18 years old and meet the required payment method.
The orders are delivered by DHL to the nearest delivery point. Outside Sweden, delivery takes place with DHL or Postnord
Cancellation from our site
We can cancel an order under the following conditions, without being held liable for compensation or costs:
• If your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified
• If we suspect your order has been made with fraudulent intent or in connection with crime or other illegal activities

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices are exclusive of delivery costs. When you buy goods via Wilma & Morris on-line shop a delivery fee of 59 kr. Will be added (Sweden). During promotions or discount codes, we sometimes have free shipping. All prices quoted in the on-line shop are inclusive of VAT.
The price you confirm when you complete your order is the amount deducted from your credit card when the goods are shipped.Incorrect prices and errors on the on-line shop
Prices quoted in the on-line shop are the prices that apply at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that we have already confirmed by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail. Parts of the site are updated daily.
Via PayPal: When you pay your goods at the Wilma & Morris on-line shop you can use the cards that Pay Pal handles and direct bank transfer.
Approval of your card
When you make an order, your card will be verified and you will then receive an email with an order confirmation. The card will only be charged when we have processed the order and the item / goods have been shipped from the warehouse.
If the card cannot be verified, no debit will be displayed and you will immediately receive a message on the screen that the payment failed. You will then be asked to choose another payment method.
3. SECURITY AND INTEGRITY
Payments are handled by PayPal, which has both VISA and Mastercard accreditation, which is PCI accredited. PCI Accreditation (Payment Card Industry) is an extensive program aimed at improving data security with payment service providers.
Thanks to this accreditation, PayPal guarantees your security when you pay by credit card with us.
We protect your information
To ensure that your personal information does not end up in the wrong hands, all data transfer with encryption occurs.
The information used for delivery of your order (name, address, alternative shipping address and e-mail address) is not encrypted, but is only available to Wilma & Morris and freight companies, and access to the information requires usernames and passwords.
The information about your order contained in the email receipt and order page is available to you only through the URL (link) in the confirmation email confirmation email that you receive when your order has been received.
How to manage your personal information
When you shop with us, we ask you to register your personal information, such as: name, address, mobile number and e-mail. We work to protect your privacy and we comply with the Personal Data Act. We use your registered personal information with ultimate privacy and primarily for order handling and, secondly, to access your previous purchases and to offer a personalized web shop experience. If you become a member of the Wilma & Morris Club, we ask for permission to use your e-mail address to send newsletters with promotional messages to you.
We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your permission.
When you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation with full terms of purchase. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation and your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Kolsva, Sweden, and shipped by DHL or PostNord. When you buy goods via Wilma & Morris on-line shop, you will receive a delivery fee of 49 kr. Other countries get their shipping costs updated at checkout depending on country. During promotions or discount codes, we sometimes also have free shipping. We ship to the whole world.
Track your order As soon as we have processed your order and handed it over to DHL, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail. This usually happens within 24 hours of receipt of the order. In the delivery confirmation, you will see your tracking number. When you click on the tracking number, you are directed to DHL`s tracking system, where you can see the status of your order. Note that the tracking number will appear as soon as DHL has scanned your packages, which may take up to 3 business days. Delivery Delivery usually takes place within 2-3 business days, but it may take longer around Christmas and other festivals. The delivery date is only an estimate. Our policy is, however, that regular orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days. If the order is significantly delayed and this can not be rectified within a reasonable period of time, you are entitled to cancel the purchase at no additional cost. Deliveries outside the EU may take longer. Delivery points Your order can be delivered to the agent closest to you. Once the shipment has arrived, you will receive a notification via sms or e-mail. Receipt of delivery Please note that you are responsible for the goods when you write on delivery. If the package appears to be damaged, you will not receive the package. Without prejudice to your statutory rights and your right to compensation, you are responsible for inspecting your goods to detect any errors and, if so, inform us of any complaints. In case of defective goods or deviations from the order, you will be able to return the defective item. We will refund you for the purchase cost and shipping cost. How to proceed to return a defective item is described in the return form that accompanies the item / goods. If you do not redeem your package If you do not redeem the package, it will remain with the representative for 14 days and then the return to us. We will refund the purchase and delivery costs once we have processed the returned order. If the order is delayed If you received an E-mail with your tracking number, you can follow your delivery via DHL's website (www.dhl.se). Should it be that you have not received your package please contact Customer Service at email@example.com
5. RETURN POLICY
You can only return your items after delivery. This means that you cannot cancel the purchase after you have pressed the "Pay" button and received your order confirmation via Email. Orders can be undone upon delivery You can only return ordered goods after they have been shipped to the agent. As a customer you have 30 days of return. If you undo the purchase, you may not be able to pick up the package from the agent, but you should inform the agent that you want to return the package. After a few days, the order will be returned to us who will handle the returned goods and issue a refund of the purchase price, including delivery fee. Do you regret your purchase? Of course, we want you to be satisfied with your product and have the opportunity to test the product properly indoors to see that the size and fit are appropriate. If you regret the purchase, if the product is not as you imagine or size does not fit, you have full return for 14 days, you can return the item / goods within 30 days from the date of receipt. Upon return, the product must be sent in original order, the product must be unused and have original packaging as well as labels / tags. Send the product / products via the delivery point where you downloaded them. Once we have received the product / products, the purchase amount will be paid to your credit card or bank account or credited to your invoice. How to send the goods in return A return form accompanies the goods. Fill in the return form and enter the reason for the return and put it in the package of the goods to be returned. Pack the item (s) in a suitable package that protects the goods. A prepaid address label is also included with your order. Put it on the package and return the package to the agent. You must notify the order number when returning the package. The order number is on the return form and order confirmation. We will refund any costs (return freight) on approved complaint. If necessary, you will find a standard form for exercising a right of withdrawal on the Consumer Agency's website. You can easily return the goods with the return form provided in the package. If you do not have this left, please contact the webshop customer service. Refund If you return a complete order, you will be reimbursed for the amount paid at the time of purchase and the delivery cost. If you return less than the full order, you will be reimbursed for the amount paid for the product / products returned. Once we receive and process your return, you will receive the corresponding amount. You will receive an email when we have received and processed the case. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notice, provided we have received your return package or a receipt for the return of the products.
Payment is made using the same method you used for the original purchase. On the amount repayable, we are entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the value of the goods, to the extent that such depreciation is due to the fact that you as a customer have handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function. If you regret your purchase and want to use our return policy within 30 days, but have renewed your credit card at that time, please contact our customer service before returning the item / goods. We will then arrange another payment method for refunding your order.
You should carefully examine all products to make sure they are free of defects. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered or should have been discovered (2 months considered a reasonable time for detection of damage / defect). The right to advertise a product is valid up to 3 years after receipt of the goods. The warranty covers the defective product and parts missing. The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear, eager or violent play or improper use. You can return the item to our return address on the return form. For this reason, we recommend that you keep the return form for at least 3 years. Please contact our customer service for further instructions as soon as you discover the error. If the package appears to be damaged, you may not be able to receive it from the agent. If so, the goods will be returned to us after 14 days and we issue a full refund (including delivery charges). Any other costs incurred in connection with the complaint will also be replaced. Dispute In the event of a dispute, we have the policy of following the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN) (http://www.arn.se/). If consumers have a problem with a trader if a product or service they have bought, they can resolve the dispute outside Court through an alternative solution (ADR / ODR) procedure.
